Our College & Career Ministry at Word of Life, gives young adults between the ages of 18 and 30, married or single, an opportunity to come together to build strong relationships and grow spiritually. God uses people to touch the world, and we believe in empowering His people with the Word to change their world. Directors of C&C: David Porter & Lauren Rosenbeck    

New in 2013, we welcome David Porter and Lauren Rosenbeck (soon to be Mrs. Porter) as our new Directors of College and Career. Lauren is from Pittsburgh, PA. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and is in grad school at UAB. She is employed by Southern Company as a Chemical Engineer. David, a Birmingham native, is a graduate of Birmingham Southern College and has two diplomas from Rhema Bible Training Center. He teaches in Word of Life Bible Institute and owns an insurance agency in Trussville. David and Lauren enjoy tennis and biking, and plan to be married in April in Maui, Hawaii.
